I would have to say Vietnamese cuisine. Maybe it's because I am Vietnamese, but I love it! My parents make it every night. They also used to own two restauraunts, so that just makes it better! :-) My favorite Vietnamese cuisine would be Ban Hoi. It's a bunch of vermicelli tightly knited together to form a rectangle. You then put on herbs like basil on it. You can also put on thit nuong, which means grilled meat. Then, you just dip it in a sauce called nuoc mam, but not to much. Nouc mam is just fish sauce. I love it! By the way, the dish you just described sounds very delicious! I would like to try that sometime.

I love arabic food. The hummos, the shish tawook chicken, the baba ganooj, the garlic, the schwarma's .....LOVE IT

Sounds good to me. I live in Texas!
I am Hispanic so I would say my favorite ethnic food would be Chinese! I love it with all my heart.
Hey you know my Raza has a dish called "TRIPITAS". That is a plate made of cow intestines. They are cut up, cleaned really good, seasoned up, and deep fried until they are crunchy. Not to hard not to soft. You serve them with corn tortillas, onion (fresh), salsa, cilantro, sour cream (Mexican style) and cabbage (shredded). You talk about good. try that any chance you get. You wont regret it! Dont forget the fresh lime to drizzle on them!
