Idli is a south Indian dish. Its basically hot soft cakes made of rice and lentil flour. Its eaten with spicy hot lentil stew (sambar) and coconut-cilantro paste (chutney)...Its actually much more healthy than mcdonalds and tastes way better! Its midly spicy but not sweet and tastes great when served hot!
