Hello,
Lemon rice and Fried rice can be made with little oil.
Lemon rice: 1 cup boiled rice; 1 tbsp.oil; 1 lemon; for seasoning: 1/2 tsp. Mustard seeds, 1/4 tsp. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp. Gramdal. 2tbsp; 3 green chillies; peanuts (optional)
Heat the oil in a pan. Add mustard, after they start to splatter, add other seasoning seeds, green chillies and peanuts. After the peanuts are fried add this to the rice, add 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder, and salt per taste. Squeeze the lemon juice into rice. Mix well. Enjoy.

Fried Rice with fewest calories: Heat 2 tbsp. of oil. Add 1/2 tsp. of cumin seeds, 1/2 cup of frozen peas. Add salt and 1 tsp. of garam masala powder, 1/2 tsp. of Coriander powder and mix. After the peas are fried nicely, mix this into 1 cup of boiled rice. You can also have raitha as a side dish for this.
Raitha recipe: In a cup of non fat yogurt, add 1/2 cup of grated cucumber, 1tbsp.diced cilantro, 2tbsp. diced tomato and little salt. Mix well & enjoy

Or You can just make any stir fry curry with a little amount of oil and eat with the boiled rice.

chicken tikka is not too fattening.

Tandoori chicken and salad with yoghurt raitha sauce would be low in calories.

Any prawn curry has the lowest calories.....with boiled rice not fried

Plain boiled (not pilau) rice with chickpea curry (cooked with as little oil as possible). All other dishes are high in calories.

The drier the better - any dish that doesn't have loads of sauce will be the better for you. try to avoid the poppadoms and nam,

Boiled rice
chicken tikka
chicken sag
are good

If you are on a night out - relax and enjoy yourself try not to worry too much about what you eat - so long as you are conscience 90% of the time, you deserve to go out and enjoy yourself.

Home cooked indian meal is not that high in calories and u can add as much oil/sugar/butter as u wish if u cook at home. Steamed rice with any lentil stew is actually great (high protein and fiber but low fat/carb)...

Best to avoid curries with cream like a korma. I like a madras or bhuna as these are tomato based sauces so are more healthier. Home made curries are the healthiest but if you have to buy one get one with veg in it or a tomato based sauce.
Have you noticed people arent fat from india or pakistan, thats because authentic indian meals are quite healthy. A korma is a british curry, you cant get it in india or pakistan, the added cream was so it wasnt too spicy to help introduce curries to britain!

Tandoori chicken, but thats served with a salad. Or what abot chicken biryani, and leave the vegetable accompaniment out of it, or just have a little of it. Mind you some curry houses are doing lower fat versions of curries now. You could find out if any near you do them

Water. Eat like Gandhi.

chicken tikka

dude i have came to this conclusion that all foods are fatning, you have to reduce your portion size and increase your vegetables (uncooked). you enjoy any indian foods, just try to keep a good portion, a good portions doesnt mean a stick of celery.

I HAVE NO IDEA, JUST GIVE ME THE TWO POINTS
