A dillemma has occured this evening in this department.
My mind first went to a big baked spud, with beans, cheese & coleslaw.
Then it wandered off to a notion of knocking together a chicken stir-fry thing with peppers, onion, garlic & whatever is lurking in the kitchen
This was dismissed on discovery of a pack of tacos and a tin of chilli.
By which time, 8:00 pm, I couldn't be bothered. so for my sins, I have driven to a local motorway emporium for a Kentucky FC.
This is fine. I must by in lazy mode tonight, so no washing up is a bonus.
Perhaps a supermarket pot of strawberry trifle soon

Well, I was craving birria so my husband took me and the kids out to eat at a restaurant called "Los Tres Potrillos". It isn't even known for it's birria, but I LOVED it! DEEELICOUS! I had a "cazuela" with that. It's a drink served in a cazuela--kinda like a clay bowl, made with Squirt and it has real pieces of grapefruit, lime, and orange that you squeeze in stir and enjoy! You can also get them with a shot of tequila in them.
