Answers: Both cuisines have desserts that tend to be more fruit based but Swedish desserts are not the same as Dutch desserts (Holland). Typical Swedish desserts are various cakes and rolls. Dutch desserts consist of pastry type items. This is a favorite of mine....

Messm?r is one. It's a spread made of soft whey-cheese that you can spread on any bread. There are also some coffee pastries called kafferep.
Hope this helps.
Well I don't know the answer but when I was in Holland I at Duch Apple Pie and it was out of this world. Teamed with ice cream.
In a restaurant the Dutch like to eat their cakes and pies, but at a typical evening dinner they usually have yoghurt or vla as dessert. Vla is a liquid vanilla or chocolate pudding that comes in a bottle or pack. I haven't seen it here but it is gooood.
I'm Dutch not Swedish so I guess I can only answer half of your question :-)
