Question: Thank-you

Answers: Thank-you

This is a family casserole I use evey year for christmas

Brown sausage meat then spread out evenly in a casserole dish then put any kind od hash browns on top evenly they should be almost thawed. then in a small bowl whip up 4 eggs and a dash of milk and pour over the hash and sausage place in oven for 350 for about a half hour but the first 15minutes pull it out and sprinkle cheese on top and put it back in.

This is a good website:

You can make a variation of spaghetti sauce with the meat in it.

Here's an easy one:

coarsely chop 1 head of green cabbage and shred 1-2 onions.

Layer the cabbage (sprinkled with salt), onions, and bits of sausage in a greased baking pan, cover, and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. The cabbage gets tender and sort of mildly sweet, and is very pleasant.

We just call this sausage fry-up.

In a large frying pan, brown about 1 to 1.5 pounds of loose sausage meat. Drain all but about one tablespoon of fat. Add one pound (more or less to taste) shredded green cabbage, one sliced onion (medium to large, depending on your tastes) and one large cooking apple (I usually use a Granny Smith), pared, cored and chopped coarsely. (Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, rubbed sage, thyme, whatever you like, but remember that the sausage will be seasoned already, so take that into consideration when you season the whole fry-up.) Toss with the meat and remaining fat, reduce heat to medium low, cover and cook until the cabbage and onions are cooked soft, stirring or tossing every few minutes. Top with some toasted caraway seeds, if you want, and serve. Feeds 4-6, depending on the size of your appetites.

I generally serve this with potato pancakes and applesauce, occasionally with a side of honey/ginger carrots, as well. If you like, have German chocolate cake for dessert.

Sometimes I cheat and use commercial cole slaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots packaged and sold in grocery stores around here) instead of shredding my own cabbage. Don't worry, the carrots taste just fine with the rest of the veggie mixture.

I MAKE THIS WITH SAGE SAUSAGE MASH POTATOS,AND STRING BEANS I MAKE THIS LIKE A SHEPARDS PIE,NAMASTE

SAUSAGE BREAD

1 pound sausage
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans biscuits, flaky style

Lightly brown sausage. Add chopped onions and bell pepper. Simmer together until onion and bell pepper are tender. Drain. Spray bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray. Line the pan with layers of biscuits. Add a layer of the sausage mixture. Layer this with cheese and then another layer of biscuits. Repeat this process but always topping it with a layer of biscuits. Cook at 425 F. until biscuits are dark golden brown. Allow to cool. Remove from pan; slice and serve.

I take it you mean sausages. How about a simple sausage and peepers.
I will try to make it simple:
Sliced Green peppers/Onions sauteed on a pan with a bit of olive oil along with the sausages . Very simple, you can find many recipes for this quick, and practical dish.

Sausage roll. You can google the recipe.
