Japanese cooking enthusiasts...HELP?!

Question: Can anybody help me with a good recipe for Okonomiyaki (sorry if I didn't spell it properly). I have recently discovered it thanks to a new Japanese cafe in my home town and I'm keen to give it a try at home. Also, What is the other sauce that goes on top? (Not the Mayo)

Well, the easiest way to make okonomiyaki would be to buy a mix. But since you to do it from scratch, here's a recipe:

It's a good recipe with step-by-step pictures.
The sauce by the way is the same they use for tonkatsu and similar to the sauces in yakisoba in taste. They use the same sauce for takoyaki.
Here's a good brand for okonomiyaki sauce:

Enjoy.

PS.: To the user down below, teriyaki sauce is different from okonomiyaki sauce. Very different ingredients, very different flavours.

Teriyaki sauce!
