What is Maine's state food?!

Question: I have to do a project about the type of food in Miane? I need to include:
- 4 of the state's food festivals
-the state's official food and detail how this choice was made
-information on a historical/popular restaurant that is worthy of a visit
-a star chef from the state
-2 food specialties of the state and identify how major ingredients make the recipe reflective of the state

thanks and everything is greatly appreciated

As for "star" chefs, the one 5-diamond/5-star restaurant is the White Barn Inn Restaurant. Its chef is Jonathan Cartwright:
