What's the name of this Lebanese or Palestinian dessert?!

Question: An old friend of mine in England once made this amazing dessert. He was from Jordan, but had brought the recipe from Lebanon or Palestine - anyway, it required mozzarella cheese, and ended up looking kind of orange in colour and being very sweet tangy and oh man, how I crave it.
Does anyone know its name?

Baklava

Kinafeh...
If you find a middle eastern restaurant, they may serve this as a dessert.
Somtimes its not colored orange though...the food coloring has been excluded...but the taste is the very same.
Some restaurants will sell it to you so that you can take it home and bake it yourself...it comes in a big tray and you can cut how much you want and freeze the rest....its nice cause you can have it fresh out of the oven whenever you feel like it!

It is called "Knafeh" and it is Delicious,
There is a store in Michigan, that is the best, it is called "Shatila" Check their website:
www.shatila.com
I think they ship for outside MI too..
Make sure you order the one with the cheese!!
