I love Asian food in general. I'm Asian and can't live without rice.
Thai- spicier the better
Chinese: Gai Ding - chicken-vegetables & almonds, Any type of rice, favourite is pork fried, Shrimp in lobster sauce, appetizer of Ja Doo chicken wings & wonton soup.
I also like Korean; stayed for a week in a Korean hotel in Vancouver 2 years ago.
I must say I had a fabulous curry in London last year, made by my friends who got their curry from South Africa and it was licorise based, of course, they made their own papadoms. What great flavour
I looooooove pho' (Vietnamese noodle soup). Then there's Korean BBQ and of course, homemade Chinese!

I think I'd like Chinese better if the food in my area wasn't so heavily Americanized. And while I like Filipino food...the heavily vinegared sauces can get old quick.
