Surely you are kidding, right? Cooked is cooked, it doesn't matter one iota if it is microwaved, boiled, baked, broiled, steamed, fried, smoked, roasted, or put on a stick and held over your campfire.
Why would you think it isn't "all right" to eat beans or peas? They are delicious raw, why wouldn't they be good any other way?

this question is so stupid I'm confused.

Cooked as opposed to raw ,since no cooking style or method is specified it would mean any way you fancy.Always keep things simple ,life is hard enough ,don't you agree ?

Dried kidney beans and dried green peas have to be cooked! Canned beans and peas are already cooked. Fresh green peas can be eaten raw or steamed! Hope this helps!

not raw.
