Any Americans eat Chicken Balls?!

Err... "chicken balls" in these case refer to pre-cooked (boiled or deep fried) chicken meat (usually mixed with flour, spices) shaped like tiny balls (smaller than ping-pong balls). In the Far East like HongKong, Singapore there are also (in addition to chicken balls) squid, prawn, and of course fishballs (the original). No, no, no there are no duck balls!!

Chickens don't have balls

Not true. Just was visiting Washington in August for a month this year and had Chinese food twice. Chicken balls served with sweet sauce was ordered both times. I have also had them in Glendale, California and in Hawaii, Miami, Fort Lauderdale & Chicago as well as Buffalo and I'm a Canadian. We all like Chinese food and sometimes have it delivered.
