Are Chalito, and Chorizo were the same thing.I have never had Chorizo. Chalito's are a spicy spanish sausage.!

Chorizo is a spicy sausage also. They also have mild. It would be the same.
I use Chorizo in making bread, with scramble eggs, with potato's...It really is great!
It is possibly the same thing. Spanish and Portugeuse foods are closely related, from what I have seen.
don't know chalito...but I grew up enjoying chorizo which mi mamacita lovingly prepared, scrambling with eggs. I beleive that is how it is commonly served...chorizo can be found in any super market....usually close to the the other sausage.
They are basically interchangeable.
