Mandarin buffet sounds better to go to.
East Side Mario's is not the 'real' stuff...mind you neither is the Mandarin. But Mandarin has more variety. East Side Mario's food is too starchy, too standard-like, and can be easily made at home for the money you're going to spend.
And if the Mandarin has the crab legs special, then go for it!
I would say the Mandarin, I like chinese, plus I have never been a fan of ESM, they don't make real Italian food.
I am a classically train chef, cooked french and both southern and northern Italian food, I am alos not a fan of pizza, there food is just to Americanized.
My choice is Mandarin Buffet. Just love it.

they have a HUGE variety of foods and not all of them are chinese. its an all u can eat buffet so you can eat whatever u want in whatever amount you want u still end up paying the same thing. east side marios is nice but i would go to mandarin instead
