Where do I get chopsticks with forks?!

Question: My mom was watching "Friends" and they were eating with chopsticks that had a fork on the end of one stick and a spoon at the end of the other (Monica was the only one using them as chopsticks. The others were just using the fork end.) My mom loved them, so I want to get a pair for her. Do you know where I can buy or order some?
