What does la paz batchoy mean?!

Question: i went to a new oriental store thats right next to my favorite chinese restaurant, and picked up random noodle packs(ramen), anyways i grabbed a couple of bowls of noodles, they were supreme brand and one of the flavors was la paz batchoy, i have no clue what it means but i LOVE noodle packs!, but this one had to be most foulest smelling one i have ever eaten in my life!, it tasted horrible and i had to add garlic powder just to stomach it!...does anyone know what la paz batchoy means?..what language is it?

its Philippino. means pieces of meat

it is from the philippines but the word is not of tagalog origin.i think la paz is spanish-latin term for peace(could be a name of place of origin of the noodles)and batchoy is near to tagalog term for baboy(pork) could be the combination of baboy and choy(food in chinese term=veg.in soup)this is just my view about the word meaning of la paz batchoy.
