Chinese. So many recipes, foods, & they have Chinese resturant in every major city or the world, I think...
Indian!!! Herbs & spices galore.
Right now, I'm eating Kitchen Sink Gumbo, with oysters, shrimp, andouille sausage, and chicken. Eat your heart out :-)
Chinese, duh.
I'd suggest it if you make dumplings or Xiao Long Bao with a vinegar dipping and dripping with oil. Mmmm that's good. other than that Jiao Zi with Vinegar and with shrimp-pork for a filling. Yum. I'm Chinese myself :) Or maybe CHINESE BROCCOLI WITH SAUSAGE AND POLENTA THAT's GOOD! Link: http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/v...

Spicy Indian & sweet n sour Chinese... ( i mean both :D)
I love to cook Indian food. Indian food is as diverse as its culture, its racial structure, its geography and its climate.
The essence of good Indian cooking revolves around the appropriate use of aromatic Indian spices.
The skill lies in the subtle blending of a variety of spices to enhance rather than overwhelm the basic flavor of a particular dish. These spices are also used as appetizers and digestives.
