I would like to make the Vietnamese coffee bar in Canada, is it realizable?!

Question: I am Vietnamese, I am living in Vietnam. My foster father is Canadian, he is reporter in Halifax, he likes Vietnamese coffee because 2 months ago, I sent 3 coffee bags to him (Vietnamese coffee), he said he never drink delicious coffee like that before. So, I would like to make the coffee bar in Canada, is it REALIZABLE ? if it is ok, where in Canada is suitable for making? Halifax is ok?
thank for your answers

It might be wise to examin the import - export coffee market..
with a contact in Canada you may find the government has programes to assist you in your ideas.. And having a sponser to see you through..
Good Luck..?
and Merry Christmas ..?

Vietnamese coffee is great! But too many "westerners" don't know what good coffee is. Your foster father, like many westerners, probably has never had a REAL cup of coffee. If all he has ever drunk is Maxwell House or Folgers, or the Canadian equivalent, he has every reason to think VN coffee is great, or terrible, depending on his taste.

Starbucks and many other coffee shops are all over the US and (I assume) Canada. VN coffee is good, but so is Starbucks, SBC, and I don't know what other "specialty" coffees that are available.

Cafe sua is a treat! But you won't get a successful coffee shop going and continuing with that. I don't want to dampen your enthusiasm, but good coffee is to be had throughout North America. Too many North Americans have not had good coffee, which is why the specialty shops are so successful. Even more importantly, for you, many of those people that have sampled good coffee are UNWILLING to pay the extra cost to have such coffee on a regular basis - and you need repeat customers for a successful business. You are a little late to try and get into that game - or at least that is what I think.
