The feet you can boil in chicken broth. Make sure to wash them first. The Nopales are a bit tricky. You may want to buy them already cleaned in the grocery store. Boil them until all the slime like substance is out. Rinse them in cool water.
What I do is saute chopped up onion, garlic, and tomatoes in canola oil then I add the Nopales to the mix, salt and pepper and then eat!

bake the chicken in the oven.. idk how much degrees and time but look it up in google and i didnt even know people ate cactuses.....

i dunno bous you, but i certainly wouldn't want to eat a cactus. ouch.
my suggestion is to go up to your husband and fart on him

I would say google chicken and cactus. Im a pretty good cook myself so i would say some nice spices for the chicken(an maybe a little bbq sauce. Also as for the cactus try cooking it with the chicken on the bbq(but keep temp low when cookin cactus) then throw some sea salt/extra virgen oil on it.

But like i said google it first(i only cook for me lol im no pro)

The chicken you can cut up and stir fry, or boil or bake. It depends on how you want to use it.

The cactus gets cut up in 3/4" squares (after you take off the prickly things) and spread out on a baking sheet. Put a little oil on top and some salt, and bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. I usually put a little lime juice on it after it cools off.

Chicken Pueblo (Chicken with Nopales)

INGREDIENTS

4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts, butterflied
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 tablespoons clarified butter, or olive oil
4 nopales (prickly cactus leaves), thorns removed
1 large red bell pepper
salt and pepper

Marinade:
the juice of 1 white grapefruit
the juice of 1 orange
1/2 cup olive oil
1 medium onion, quartered and thinly sliced
1 - 2 jalapeno or serrano chiles, seeded and julienned (leave the seeds in for extra heat)
1 yellow chile, seeded and julienned
1/4 cup red bell pepper, julienned
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons cilantro, coarsely chopped

METHOD:

Mix all marinade ingredients thoroughly, and bury the chicken breasts within. Cover and refrigerate for two hours.
Add 2 tablespoons of the clarified butter to a large saute pan, and add the chicken breasts and the rest of the marinade. Brown for 2 minutes on each side, then add the cream. Stir thoroughly to combine. Cook for approximately 5 minutes, or until the cream reduces by one-third to one-half. Season with salt and pepper.

Julienne the nopales to about 1/4-inch slices, resembling green beans. Julienne the red pepper, and saute them in the remaining 2 tablespoons of clarified butter until tender. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve one breast per person with sauce, and with 1/4 of the sauteed nopales and pepper on the side.

Desi Chef just gave you the best answer and yes it is very good,

I have tasted chicken feet in Dim Sum restaurants and was not impressed. I didn't think they had much flavor and they were either steamed or boiled, I think. They were kind of rubbery.

You can bake the chicken legs in the oven or grill them.

I go to Mexico every summer and you can cook the cactus like green beans. Cook and add a little lemon pepper to them for taste and some other seasoning. You can also add salsa and fresh lime on them and it can be very tasty!
