Do jewish people really like bagels a lot?!

Question: Yeah, I guess you could say that... but it's more like where they originated from. Most people love bagels...not just Jewish.

Legend has it that in 1683 in Vienna, Austria, a local Jewish baker wanted to thank the king of Poland for protecting his countrymen from Turkish invaders. He made a special hard roll in the shape of a riding stirrup-Bugel in German - commemorating the king's favorite pastime and giving the bagel its distinct shape.

A lot of people like bagels, whether or not their origin may be Jewish.

The next time your friend is eating a piece of pizza, tell her (or him), "Wow, that's so Italian!" Or sushi: "Wow, that's so Japanese!" Or an egg roll: "Wow, that's so Chinese!" Or chili: "Wow, that's so Mexican!" And so on.
:-)

If bagels were originated by the Jews, they got a good thing going. Before I was diagnosed with diabetes, I used to eat them with strawberry cream cheese.

I am a Muslim and I love a bagel and cream cheese with my coffee. That sounds like something Paris Hilton would say "Like oh my god that's so hot!" Or like wow you are eating a bagel that's so Jewish.
She sounds like an uneducated self indulgent snob.

Yeah. Can only generalize, though.
