How often do you fry with the left over olive oil?!


Question: I have started deep frying with EVOO instead of corn oil.
But Being the thrifty ME, I re-use EVOO for the same type of food I wish to fry but I add more of it each time.
Is it bad?

Well cooking with alive oil is tricky, basically what you're trying to do is not OVER heat ( when there's smoke coming out of the pan/ oil) Have you noticed that particular smell it has when cooking rather than corn oil? Well it gets heavier when u burn things or over heat it. Well u might want to give this site a visit:

I feel that the more you use left over oil it looses its goodness and only becomes FAT don't use it more than once, better to throw it away
