What would a nice oriental dish be?!

I make my own Oriental noodle dish...Take spaghetti noodles, get a large pan of water to cook them in. To the water, add soy sauce, a little garlic, some dillweed, salt and oil. Cook as you would for regular spaghetti and drain. Put in large bowl, add a little oil and stir...now here comes my discovery..a little bit of peanut butter (creamy). Start with a little bit as you can always add more to taste but a little goes a long way.
If you like, you can serve boiled shrimp on this but I prefer just the flavored noodles.
Serve hot on plates and garnish with chopped parsley.
