Chinese place forgot my white rice!?!

Call the restaurant and have them deliver more or give you a discount for next time, you paid for it.
Go back/call them up (if it was a delivery) and tell them they forgot to give it to you and they will give you some rice.
omg!!!!!!!! sue them for a 100 million dllars, go run.. but just do it, n quick!!!!!!!!!!..ok im kidding, but really next time u order, make sure you tell them to make sure your order is correct, i always tell them twice, cause for sure they will mess up somethign everytime, if its pick up, make sure ur order is correct before u drive away....it happens all the time

Did you specifically order it, or assumed it comes with the dish? If they did indeed forget then forget them forever!
well, some places charge, like, a dollar for a bowl of rice.
But if that wasn't the case, why don't you just ask for it?
