Yes I eat green cabbage with Kassler and cabbage sausage and roast potatoes (R?stkartoffeln not Bratkartoffeln) Why I do eat it? It's tradition and if you had a heavy lunch, you are able to drink more. If it is winter all northern Germans are fond of green cabbage.
