Is winchells donuts (yum yum) kosher?!

Question: I would imagine if they have no dairy in them, plus if there is no markings on the package either a K circled or a circled p for Pareve.

By the website, there is no real infomation on the Kosher status, but on the nutritional info page they do list alot of the hidden ingredients

Sorry tos ay they are not. For one they are not inspected by a rabbi and they do not observe passover...so where as there aren't any ingrediants to keep them from getting the approval of the rabinate as of now there is no marking of approval.
