What's difference between TOMATO SAUCE and KETCHUP on SPAGHETTI Bolognese ?!

Bolognese means meat sauce. same as tomato sauce but ground beef is added to it. and in reality, pasta is just grain so if you really wanted to, you could have spaghetti and ketchup. its all about preference and ingredients!!! why not try all three :)

Answers: well first off i have to correct a answer below...tomato sauce is FULL OF ACIDS!!! hello it is a tomato for crying out loud! ok now, take it from an Italian!!!! its all about the ingredients! the ketchup answer is correct below...tomato pureed with brown sugar and corn syrups etc.. Now tomato sauce does not come from a can, unless you purchase it that way.. Tomato sauce is from tomatoes and mixed with many flavorful spices, mainly basil, etc.. and slow cooked for a looong time to blend the flavors together...

Tomato sauce comes in a jar and is cooked with onions, garlic and other seasonings without sweetners or acids (vinegar).
