Every time I eat spagetti..?!

Question: I feel sick afterwards. That's the only food that does it to me too! It doesn't matter if it's my moms spagetti, or spagetti at a restaurant, I always feel ill afterwards. Lol, kinda random I know. But I've always wondered why. Does anyone know?

Could be an allergy to tomatoes or some of the added spices. You may have to sort this one out yourself.
You could be showing an intolerance to gluten but if so you would be having a problems with breads/rolls.
If you don't have any problems with tomatoes, it's not likely to be that.
You might want to try pasta (we call it bald) with a little olive oil & salt & pepper - you can add some sauted vegetables with this but not a lot. If you don't have a reaction you will have to look as the sauce that is being used. Try perhaps an Alfredo sauce no tomatoes in that.
Good luck, I hope you're not developing an allergy. Hate to think you were going to miss out on a huge variety of food here.
I know you can get gluten free products now. I have to buy them for one of my Aunts.

Thank you, I have a family member allergic to gluten and one allergic to tomatoes. Report It

  • could be heartburn or an allergy. try to take notice if you feel sick when eating the same ingredients in other dishes.

    did u eat too much?

Most likely a food allergy, either to the spaghetti or the sauce. Do you have problems with other pasta with red sauce? Either stay away from the spaghetti (or the sauce, whichever one it is), or try kinds without certain ingredients. A different kind of wheat--or no wheat--in the spaghetti, no meat/cheese/etc in the sauce. Things like that. Good luck!

if you are all right with other pasta's then it is all in the mind as all pastas are make from the same ingrediants, my partner is the same

    You might have gluten allergy.
The young daughter of a friend of mine has it and she started with the same symptoms.

Could be an allergy. But how long has it been going on for, recently?
If so, you may be pregnant!!!

Could be the gluten in the pasta. You said you don't feel this way after any other food. Have you ever felt this way after eating any wheat products?

Could be a wheat sensitivity? Or something in the sauces you have an allergy to?

    Stop eating them
