Canton Cook on Roswell Road in Sandy Springs, Georgia. It's so good, especially their wonton soup, salt and pepper squid and sauteed snow pea leaves!!!

Go to Chinatown, but most of those restaurants are Cantonese.

EDIT: I know Cantonese is Chinese, I mean it's hard to find authentic food from other regions.
