Vichyssoise
It's spelled Vichyssoise (vi-she-swah): It's a potato, leek, and cream soup that is served cold, Delicious!!
Vichyssoise:
It is a chilled Leek & Potato Soup: Using only the white part of the leek along with chilled sour cream (heavy cream or creme fraiche), potatoes and fresh chives or parsley for garnish.
If it's not chilled then it's called Cream of Leak & Potato Soup.
I beleive you meant,"Vichyssoise". I like it too.
