Could someone please give me the japanese characters for "Curry" and the characters for "Rice".!

Question: It's for a church gathering today and we have some nice japanese girls attending. I'd like to put signs on the dishes we are bringing "Curry with meat and vegetables" and for the rice, I know it's obvious, but the character(s) for "Rice". thank you so much for your help.
