Would the Chinese restaurant like my rats to display in their window?!

Question: 2008 is the year of the rat. They often have live fish on display so rats would be in keeping with the Chinese new year. Should draw a lot of customers in as rats are very entertaining in the tricks they do.
I have pet rats I have been breeding so have lots to give away. If Mr Wing does not want them I could see if KFC want them

Though an interesting idea, most restaurants don't display live animals, beyond fish, inside the building because of health laws and the fact that they would have to display them in cages and structures which limit their interaction with guests.

not really as not everyone likes rats and it might push the custom away as customers might think that rats are used as one of the main ingredients in the food

Oh Yes, yummy , ratatouille

I'm not sure they would be keen on the idea of having rats in their window...it may put customers off ! I think a lot of people see rats as vermin so it would probably put them off their food ! Good luck anyway

no

Do you realize how insulting you question is??? You probably don't care that you are stereotyping. The Chinese put fish in their windows because they eat it. Thy don't eat rats so the answer would be...NO!!!

Uh, maybe ... ? I think asking them would be the best. I'm sure they'd appreciate the gesture even if they don't accept your offer.

There are altogether 12 different animals to represent each year in the Chinese horoscope. None of these animals is fish so don't be a smart a**.
They display fish with the intention to show customers that their seafoods are fresh. Not dead of frozen ones as we can only find in supermarkets.

no...they would probally cook them
