Sopitos- a pork, carrot, potato (thick) stew, served on small fried tortillas that have been dipped in chile, then top it all with shredded cabbage, salty mexican cheese and sweet salsa
any chimichanga or burrito that is smothered in con queso and has sour cream and guacamole.

I love chicken chimichangas, with lots of lettuce, tomato and black olives on top and sour cream too boot. Probably not quite authentic, but still damn good.
