Saté cookbook (only satés)?!

Question: I am looking for a saté cookbook title, (in the English language).. Please only a book with a lot of satés, and nothing else. (e. g. Not a title like "Asian grills" ... etc.). The saté recipes, in the cookbook, can come from anywhere, any region or any country.
