LoL I'm not Jamacian either but I LOVE ackee and saltfish :D In the city I'm from there is this little tiny Caribbean food place that makes great ackee and saltfish, although I've heard from a co-worker that it's nothing like the ackee and saltfish made right in Jamacia.

as above, all bout pattie, especially chicken, especially homemade wit cocobread, stew chicken (white rice mind u coz peas can get 2 much at times) and again wit plenty gravy.
