You can fill phyllo with any you want, just remember one thing, brush each layer with butter. I would lay 2 sheets and place my turkey, vegetables and seasonings on top, then I would lay and butter 3 more sheets and then fold it shut. You could roll the edges or butter them and fold it into a smooth package. Bake and serve. I just saw a recipe for a dessert with phyllo and they placed it in a wide soup bowl. Lay the phyllo, etc. When finished, flip this onto a cookie sheet and bake. Bon appetit!

A very simple recipe is to cut up the turkey into small pieces, mix cream of chicken soup, hot sauce to taste, sour cream and the turkey to create a filling.

instead of using it as a bottom crust
think of using it as a top crust.
kind of crinkle each piece and drop it over your casserole.
using one sheet at a time.

it is great over pot pies, drizzle butter over it before you bake it.
