Where can I buy melon essence or melon extract?!

Question: I've looked at my asian supermarkets and I haven't come across any. Also looked online to no avail. We have lemon extract and non-exotic things like that in our regular grocery, but I'd like to try out some recipes that call for melon essence (like melon bread).

You can substitute pineapple extract for melon in melon bread...
