What kind of spices do you add to your cooking?!

pepper. Lots of garlic, chili, wasabi (not really a spice, I know), nutmeg, galangal. There's lots more (not all at the same time, of course!), but those are the ones that spring to mind.

usually, add blk pepper, season salt. onion powder, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning if I want it spicy, also it depends on the dish, I may use Rosemary , thyme.

I use italian seasoning on chicken when I bake it. I also put red pepper flakes on chicken in olive oil.

I put garlic and/or onions in practically everything. Black pepper, ginger, oregano, basil and thyme are big favorites too. In sweet or grain dishes I love nutmeg, but cinnamon and cloves as well as ginger are a close second. I am trying to use more turmeric but I'm not really understanding it well yet.

I get many of my herbs from a local organic grower, the flavor difference to grocery store herbs is amazing!!

I put Cavannah's seasoning on EVERYTHING!! Its a greek seasoning you can find it in the spice isle its in a bright yellow container with a little man on it! Its kinda a garlicky peppery just good flavor! Good Luck
