Exotic and bizarre... well, anything you eat that is from another country may be exotic. Caribbean and Asian fruits are considered exotic fruits. As for bizarre - some people think liver and onions is bizarre... or even better, true Soul Food with its ham hocks, pork belly and trotters. How about cows tongue - you can get that any any Jewish Deli.

Escargot(snails) is so frickin good. It sounds gross but its so good with a puffed pastry

insects. saw this show about Thailand the other day and they eat a lot of bugs there. the guy who was doing the show tried them and said they're actually good. plus they have lots of vitamins and stuff like that in them that make them a healthy snack. hows that for bizarre?:)

Testicles or go home. Pretty much it.

jellyfish with sesame oil, it's really good if you like food for its texture

Eel--so tastey!!!!

I love this cuban dish: Ox tails with black beans and white rice. I eat it when I go to a restaurant in L.A. called "Versailles". It is a meat dish, the Ox tails are simmered in this delcious red sauce until they are so tender that the meat falls right off the bone.
