To be perfectly blunt...No I wouldnt BUT
If I had a child that would die if I didnt feed that child I might consider, no matter how sick it would make me. In that case I would have to stay alive to care for my child. If it was just me...I dont know, I really dont....I certainly would not kill for the food....There is no way....

My educational background tells me that I'm really not all that different than other people, and its false for me to think that I'm better than others because I drive a car or use the internet.....So why would I be different than others in the worst of circumstances?

Of course. No one would WANT to, but in certain situations everyone would. For instance: bad guys have your brother. They hand you some human meat. "Eat it or we kill him in front of you." I would eat that meat. Starvation situation, I hope I'd be the one eaten, but if not, yes, I probably would eat human meat. I'd rather be watching anime!!!
There was a movie about cannabilism and the people who ate others become superhumanly strong. There was also a Twilight Zone episode (the new versions) where you just had to kill someone of the group to reverse a curse so the sun would shine again....and it was pretty creepy... but if I were stuck in a cave or someone threatened me unless I ate I would try to reason with them. Or else run!
