same here! i love tacos, nachos, enclhiladas, spicy rice, fajhitas, tortila chips, and of course spicy sauces! out of them all, i like nachos the best! woot! woot! xD

Chicken quesadillas with lots of quacamole and a big marguerita!
Enchiladas Suizas after an appetizer of fresh salsa with lots of cilantro and homemade tortilla chips (warm of course).
I don't think I can settle on just one, but here's a contender: Tortilla chips with melted white cheese, spinach enchilada, potato burrito, guacamole, refried beans. This is "vegetarian special #7" at my favorite Mexican restaurant.
