Sweet, tangy, sticky, spicy homemade barbecue sauce?!
Answers: Made with Heinz catsup. To use on deep fried chicken wings and ribs
Brown sugar, maple syrup, worcestershire sauce, banana catsup and tabasco.
A good grade of honey = sweet, and sticky. Cayenne pepper and grain mustard= spicy, lemon zest for the tangy. Make a small amount and adjust . Can be thinned out with pepper sauce. But don't forget the garlic and onion powders and orange juice..
