Can you buy the olive oil that theyserve at polcaris?!

Question: The italian resteraunt (sp?) Polcaris always serves rolls & this oil with spices in it before the meal, does anyone know if you can buy it or know if i can get a recipe to it?

Try this
INGREDIENTS
6 leaves fresh basil
2 sprigs fresh thyme
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
2 sprigs fresh oregano
1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil

DIRECTIONS
Place basil, thyme, rosemary and oregano in a 12 ounce bottle. Using a funnel, pour oil into bottle. Cover tightly, and refrigerate unused portions. Use within 2 to 3 days.

1/2 Cup Oilve Oil
1 Strip of Lemon Peel
2 Garlic Gloves slices
2 tsp of Chopped Rosemary
1/2 tps Red Pepper Flakes

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND MICROWAVE FOR 1 MINUTE 15
SECONDS ON HIGH, COOL. REFRIGERATE OVER NIGHT. BRING TO ROOM TEMPURATURE BEFORE SERVING.

Worse comes to worst, you can ask the manager where they buy it or if you can buy from them... if you ask nicely I doubt they'll turn you down

if they say its a secret, at least ask for a commercially available alternative that is close to theirs
