I like BDs, it's so fun and you can actually make yourself some pretty healthy food depending on what you put in the bowl. I like getting shrimp and a lot of veggies with garlic and teriyaki sauce, or sometimes chicken with noodles and of course a lot of veg and a spicier sauce. You can vary what you get and make it delicious every time until you get full!
