I think Indian food is very healthy. But most of the hotels serve very few healthy dishes, whereas in our household we eat very healthy. We have recipes for all the kinds of vegetables, sprouts and dals. So As a Indian i think that we eat very healthy

Indian people, who can afford to eat, are very careful about the food choices, healthy, savoury and spicy.

Unlike a lot of North Americans who really are not interested in their health but only about flavour and quantity. I can include myself in that.

We LOVE our cuisine, we have a wide variety of dishes from all over India. Lots of vegetarian dishes, seafood, dal, chicken, lamb.... we eat alot of fruit and vegetables. Indian food is healthy, nutricious and well balanced. Most dishes balance spicy, sour, sweet, salty flavors....

India is famous for its biryanis, naans, tandoori, tikkas...

WE LOVE OUR CUISINE!!!
