Coquito?? How long does it last?!

Question: I made Coquito on Christmas Eve (Dec 24th) & I have some still left in the fridge. Do u think its still good?? How long before it goes bad? Thanks

If your coquito was made with rum then it should be good for a long time, just keep it in the fridge. My family makes it every year and every year I have a bottle in my fridge that last for up to a year and then when Christmas is around the corner I drink what is left cuz I know I'm getting a new bottle.

i don't know how long but i still have mine i my husband drink it yesterday and he is fine, so i think it still good.

I'm not sure how long it will last, but the rum should help kill some of the bacteria.

Try it next year or this weekend. There no rule that says you can't make Coquito all year round.
