Ethnic Slurry?!

Question: What types of ethnic food have you mixed together (or someone else has served you) and you found it was really great? Teriaki spaghetti and meatballs? Chicken mole sushi? Lutefisk Couscous?

Okay, those are all terrible examples...I'm sure you can come up with better ones.

Meatballs Quesidilla. Cheddar cheese, meatballs, tomato sauce, corn tortillas. Yum.

Nothing strange but curried pasta is very good. You should google "fusion cuisine."

You'll see alot of wonderful combinations, some work well and some dont.

Great fusion chefs:
Alan Wong, Roy Yamaguchi, Sam Choy, Marcus Samuelsson, Jean Georges Vongerichten, Todd English, Cat Cora, Floyd Cardoz....

Have to think on this one a bit, but I *love* the title/name "Ethnic Slurry" and can't wait to use it as a title for my next "innovation."

My husband's family is from TN, my family is Jewish and Greek. I once made southern cornbread with feta cheese, and it was really great.
Greek salad tastes good with southern fare.
I often add chipotles in adobo to whatever I'm eating- they're great.

i once mixed steak, rice, sweet and sour sauce, and broiled vegetables together, that tasted pretty good. Or coffee and green tea ice cream is good to.
