A type of sushi?!

Question: ok so @ my school we do this thing when one day we all bring food to school when we have a day full of fun and somebody brought like this type of sushi well @ least he said it was sushi but i don't remember how he made it it was really good it was like ham with cream and chopped rocotillo chile but i can't remember what kind the cream was and what kind of ham it was do u maybe know the recipe please help me out i can't ask this person because he moved during break and don't know where he went

I don't think it's sushi. It sounds sort of like a "high roller" sandwich.

Ham (or any sort of lunch meat) with cream cheese rolled up in a tortilla and then sliced like sushi.

It sounds just like the party rolls that Sam's Club carries. They are sliced and look like just like Sushi, but are not.
