How to make Malai Champ? It's a heavenly milky indian sweets.?!


Question: MALAI CHAMP

Ingredients

1 cup Malai (fresh milk cream).
1 cup Sugar.
1 cup Milk Powder.
1 cup cold Milk.
1.5 cup Maida (white flour).
1 tea spoon Baking Soda.
1 tea spoon Vanilla essence.
almonds and pistachios for garnish


METHOD:

Mix everything in a mixer.

Preheat the container coated with butter and atta (flour), pour the mixture into the container.

Bake it on 150 degree, when it bulges, then bake on 100 degrees.

When it becomes golden brown, take it out. Sprinkle some crushed almonds and pistachios. Cut it into small shapes and serve.

1/2 cup condensed milk
4 tbsp malai
250 gms. paneer
2-3 drops kewra essence
1/4 tsp. yellow colour
powdered cardamom (elaichi) for garnish

Method

Mash paneer. Add condensed milk and malai, cook on slow flame, stirring continously. Cook till thick and sides leave.
Add essence and remove from flame. Mix well. Pour on plate or thali. Cool. Cut into different shapes. Sprinkle powdered elaichi and decorate.

4 pounds potatoes
1/2 pint milk
1 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup butter
Salt and black pepper

Prep:
Peel potatoes and cook in boiling water.
Simmer milk and spring onions together for five minutes. Strain potatoes and mash thoroughly. Add hot milk, and the spring onions, salt and pepper, and half the butter.

Ingredients:
2 medium onions chopped coarse
2 cloves garlic, crushed (optional)
1 inch ginger crushed
1 small bunch fresh coriander
3-4 green chiles
5-6 almonds and 3-4 cashews
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp cumin powder
2 large black cardamom and 2-3 small green cardamom
2 tsp red chile powder
2 bay leaves
2 tsp garam masala powder
2 tsp dried methi (fenugreek) leaves
1 large can of crushed tomatoes
1 Small carton of heavy cream

Prep:
Blend in food processor all ingredients from onions to cumin powder.
Fry paste in 4 tbsp of oil along with whole black cardamom, whole green cardamom, bay leaves, chile powder, dried methi leaves, until
oil begins to separate.
Add tomatoes and another 2 cans of water and simmer for 20 minutes.
When gravy begins to thicken add cream and allow to simmer for another 10 minutes.
Mix in some water if necessary.
Remove whole spices and bay leaves before serving.
