Sloppy Joes, Yeuch!?!

Question: A few years back, I went to a Sloppy Joes in my town, and it was absolutley awful! firstly, the the staff took ages to get to our table and the food took a while, secondly, my peas were hard and lastly, I asked for a Burger but I got a Cheese Burger instead.

Anyone else have had a bad experience like this?
Do you have a Sloppy Joes near you? and is it good?

Sounds like they live up to their name: 'sloppy' lol! Not a UK thing though (thought Sloppy Joe's was some type of food?)

Sloppy Joe's is not a chain. Just the Colchester one. Had fajitas there a few times. Really good.
