Thnx

Seaweed and steamed rice. It's pretty healthy.... not much food from the chinese is healthy tho as it's all cooked with sugar and salt.
Forget healthy and just enjoy.... crispy duck with pancakes, salt and pepper ribs, sweet and sour chicken balls, wonton soup, prawn crackers and egg fried rice.
I say, if you are gonna do something, do it properly. ENJOY!

A menu

steamed chicken with stir-fried vegetables

steamed garden vegetables

i think there's something like lemongrass chicken (something to that effect)!! boiled rice as opposed to rice??

boiled rice with chicken & veg

oh my! after the report I read, I gave up Chinese food. Used to love it. I give Fred my vote.

beef & broccoli

Some Chinese menus have 'healthy' options noted somewhere on them. You could look for that before ordering. Otherwise, I would suggest steamed rice, steamed vegetables and steamed chicken. Avoid anything saucy or fried.

hehe, please don't say that, you're making me look really unhealthy cos i'm stuffing my face atm - work relief!
besides the menu ^^, i reckon some stir-fried vegetables and boiled rice would be healthiest, although if i was you, i'd go for th sweet and sour with chicken balls and egg-fried rice!
think of it as an extension of christmas and treat yourself lol...
happy eating, i'd kill for a chinese atm! x

those steamed veggies with white rice

Chicken Kung Pao!

get tofu , most of its fried i'm afraid and some places put MSG which is pretty bad for you , fried rice normally isn't to unhealthy

probably the vegies

steamed rice and garden vegetables with a meat topping
